Earning points is automatic — every rupee spent on eligible bookings earns you points. For example, a ₹5,000 room booking earns approximately 500 points. To redeem, simply log into your account, go to the "Rewards" section, and choose how you'd like to use your points: free nights (starting at 5,000 points), dining credits, spa treatments, or room upgrades. Points can be combined with cash for partial redemptions too.

Our standard cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in for most room rates. Special promotional rates and prepaid bookings may have different policies — always check the terms during booking. For Jodhpur properties, during peak season (October-March), we recommend booking with our flexible rate for maximum flexibility. Cancellations are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Yes! All our Jodhpur hotels offer airport pickup and drop service from Jodhpur Airport (JDH), which is just 5 km from the city center. The service is complimentary for Platinum members and available at a nominal charge for other guests (₹500-800 one way). You can arrange airport transfer during booking or by calling our front desk at least 24 hours before arrival. We also arrange railway station pickups from Jodhpur Junction.

Modifying your booking is simple. Log into your Vega Rewards account, go to "My Bookings," and select the booking you wish to modify. You can change dates (subject to availability), update guest details, add special requests, or change room types. Date changes within the same rate plan are usually free. If the new dates have a different rate, you'll only pay (or receive) the difference. For urgent changes, call our 24/7 support line.

We accept all major payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking from all major banks, and cash payments at the hotel. For corporate bookings, we also offer direct bank transfer with invoice-based billing. All online transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. We also support EMI options on select credit cards for bookings above ₹3,000.
